1. Cancellation during the trial period

New subscribers benefit from a free trial period of 10 calendar days from the registration date. During this period, they can cancel their subscription free of charge and without billing.

2. Cancellation with notice

Beyond the trial period, subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by giving 15 days' notice before the renewal date. In this case, the subscriber will not be billed for the following period.

3. Cancellation without refund

No refund is granted for:

  • Subscription periods already started
  • Cancellations made after the free trial period

However, access to the service remains available until the end of the current billing period.

4. Policy Changes

COLOPIG reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The changes will apply only to new subscriptions or renewals, and will not be retroactive.
